To be clear, this is not a weight loss program. While there is no guarantee that you’ll lose weight, by integrating the lessons in each module, your body will level out to a stable weight that is most natural for you where you are feeling and performing as your healthiest, most confident and strongest self!

I believe in a sensible and sustainable approach to nutrition, one that works for your lifestyle. Unfortunately alot of other nutrition programs out there practice weight-focused approaches that rely on externally-regulated plans for weight control rather than an approach to eating that relies on internal cues with a focus on health-promoting behaviours. This program is designed to focus on the latter to ensure long-term health success.

Yes, this program works for anyone with dietary restrictions or food sensitivities.

Intentional Eating is a framework that is nutritionally agnostic (the philosophy that different people have different nutritional needs). It is at the intersection of your experiences, preferences, and goals in order to truly achieve sustainable health outcomes.

Yes, the lessons inside the course can be done at your own pace, but to keep momentum going I recommend scheduling in about 1 hour every week to complete each lesson.

There are about 20 lessons in total, so it should take you about 4 months to complete and integrate the lessons at a steady pace if you commit to about one hour per week for each lesson.

While meal plans are not in my philosophy when achieving lasting behaviour change, I understand that some people thrive off of structure and prefer to see how a week of eating balanced looks like when assembled visually. That’s why I have added a SAMPLE meal plan that is flexible in order to make it adjustable to your own individual needs and preferences. It is to be used as a tool to help you make more informed choices for the week while enhancing awareness of internal cues and adaptive eating patterns.

Yes! You get two 60 minute 1:1 consultations with me (phone or video, your choice). First one will take place at the start of the program and the second one will take place upon completion of all course modules. These consultations allow you to receive personalized attention so that you can gain maximum benefits from the lessons inside the course.

I’ve designed this program to be 6 months long in order to help you develop and SUSTAIN the habits you want to build so they can take you through the summer socials, Holiday feasts, vacations, peaks of stress at work, injuries, family commitments, etc. You will be supported throughout all of the different scenarios life throws at us so you’ll know how to navigate and troubleshoot whenever you’re presented with obstacles that have steered you off track in the past. This is what diet plans don’t teach. Skills for the real world!
