I don’t EVER offer one-offs (long-game is my jam, yo!) BUT considering you’d be bringing to me ONE very specific health goal to tackle then I can absolutely help you narrow down the most effective habits, skills and behaviours you’ll need to focus on and how to implement them! (note that there are no ongoing check-ins with this option)
